The holiday season is upon us my friends and while it isn’t even Thanksgiving yet, the city is slowly morphing into the Christmas Wonderland that it becomes around this time of the year. Traditionally speaking, the night before Thanksgiving is a major hang out and party night and what better way to celebrate than with The Four Horsemen, a Metallica Tribute Band that will be playing at Sony Hall on Thanksgiving Eve. The Details: Now I don’t really think that I need to ask you all if you think Metallica is very likely the biggest Metal band in the world today because I am sure that you agree with that statement. Their catalog is rich and so much of it has withstood the test of time and that makes the job of The Four Horsemen all the more difficult. According to their Facebook and Official Website, they are the only Album Quality Metallica Tribute on the scene and that is a pretty heavy proclamation if you ask me. For this show TFH will be delivering the “Black” album from start to finish and now thanks to the fine folks in the Marketing Department of the Blue Note Entertainment Group, PiercingMetal will be giving away a few tickets to the show at Sony Hall.

When and Where: Wednesday, November 27th at Sony Hall (235 W 46th St, New York, NY 10036) at 6:00PM (show begins at 8PM)

To Participate: As I cannot recall the last time that I did a giveaway for a Tribute Act I’ve decided to have a little fun with this one. Sure I can ask you what your three favorite Metallica albums are and I think I will do that here but with one caveat. You cannot say “Master Of Puppets” because that is a masterpiece and very likely everyone’s favorite album. Fair enough? Good because I am not done. After you’ve lined out your three favorites and why they are so, I want you to tell me your absolute least favorite Metallica album and why you think it is terrible. Should that be it? Nah, let’s do one more fun thing. Since the day after is Thanksgiving and I am hoping that all of you will be spending it with those you cherish the most in life, please assemble your perfect Thanksgiving dinner for me. Bonus points for those who really put in the work on these inquiries and here are the guidelines.
