It has been a couple of years since we toured USA, aside from a festival here and there. In the meantime, we are getting ready for the upcoming Japanese and Australian shows in January. See you all in 2019!“

PiercingMetal Thoughts: So I have to admit that I was not too schooled on the band Voivod back in the day despite some of my friends being followers. It was a time when I was not too open to different bands and liked a small handful or three and didn’t move out from that. Boring I know but in the years that followed I changed that practice. Bands like Voivod still managed to escape me but thanks to our own Joe Kaufman who I worked with many years ago I got to hear some of their stuff in those after work hangout sessions with other musicians. Good times but I digress. I’ve only ever seen the band once and never caught Yob at all so if I can make the Brooklyn show you know I will be absorbing every single second of it. That show happens on the 14th Anniversary of this little website of mine so I am not sure of the actual availability but what about you readers? What do you think of this tour and the lineup? Will you be in attendance? Chime in down below.
