As you’ve already noticed, one of the things that will be the constant aim of the PiercingMetal blog aspect is the support of our interests when it comes to film, toys and comic books. The first teaser clip from the upcoming Science Fiction film “Battleship” was recently unveiled, so let’s see what Universal Pictures has in store for us down below. A light premise and casting will also follow before I add my own critique about the clip.

Plot: A fleet of ships is forced to do battle with an armada of unknown origins in order to discover and thwart their destructive goals.

PiercingMetal Thoughts: I’ll admit I wasn’t sure what was going to happen with the clip that began with some romantic interlude but then we get into the mix with the disappointing sailor and the tough commander who suddenly seem to face a terrible threat.
