The winter has been pretty relentless in terms of the overall cold that’s been hitting us but there really hasn’t been too much snow to get in our way of doing things outside of the apartment so that a plus. Tonight “The Walking Dead” returns to the airwaves for the second half of its ninth season and we shared the “New Enemy” trailer what feels like a forever ago HERE. Down below is the creepy poster they had circulating for the second half and for good measure I’ve repeated the overall premise and lengthy casting. Oh yeah and don’t worry there is some editorial notations from me and a list of past seasons to order on Amazon.com

PiercingMetal Thoughts: Since I don’t know how many of you watched the first half, I am going to be super duper vague here with my closing commentary. It was a season loaded with thrills which I was not expecting as I’ve been getting tired of the show over the last few seasons. We’ve mentioned that both Rick and Maggie will be leaving this season and as 2019 is already in play for some weeks now I am rather certain that all who follow this property know that Rick is already gone from the broadcast. It makes sense that they divided it but truth be told Maggie was hardly in the previous half. I was rather shocked to see the death of “character name here” because I liked them. In my humble opinion I would have rather they offed “character name here” or “character name here” instead. I typed that way since I don’t want to give away too much. I am excited for The Whisperers since they seem sinister and might add some new treacherous excitement to the series. This time around I am going to be home to enjoy the show because there don’t appear to be any shows for me to attend. This is a fortunate occurrence because when I am in the field I have to be wary of almost all social media because of those folks who choose to ruin plot and happenings as the show airs. Yep. Folks are now no longer even waiting to post about it after the show finishes. I will warn you now if you don’t think you can watch it as it airs to avoid Facebook and Twitter and especially messages from friends who might be poking you about the show. Based on my own findings and research there is a good chance that some of your own friends are among the lame that do this sort of thing. You’ve been warned. Now with that being said, will you be watching the continuing adventures of our ramshackle zombie apocalypse survivors? Chime in down below because we love hearing from you and of course, NO SPOILERS. See you next time, and oh before I forget to mention this. PiercingMetal will be attending the American International Toy Fair next weekend and its our 9th straight year attending at the press. Please be sure to follow along with our main social networks and via THIS TAG so you see stuff as it goes online. I love this event as its always so interesting.
