Tonight: Marvel’s “Inhumans” Premieres On ABC (9/29/2017)

During the first couple of weeks in September, Marvel’s latest offering was being shown on the big screen at select IMAX theaters. This sure sounds like a great way for the fans to get their official introduction to the “Inhumans” but sadly I wasn’t able to make any of these showings. The first two episodes of the series were a part of this presentation and now it starts all over again on the small screens as ABC premieres the first episode. Below are some images and reminder of cast along with personal editorial insight. Dig in.

The Premise: After a military coup, the Inhuman Royal Family escape to Hawaii where they must save themselves and the world.

The Cast/Characters:
Anson Mount as Black Bolt
Iwan Rheon as Maximus
Serinda Swan as Medusa
Eme Ikwuakor as Gorgon
Isabelle Cornish as Crystal
Ken Leung as Karnak
Ellen Woglom as Louise
Sonya Balmores as Auran
Mike Moh as Triton
Lockjaw is created through CGI.

PiercingMetal Thoughts: As I will be attending the Epica concert tonight I will not have any time to sit and watch the shows so this will be heading straight to my DVR for a later review. I didn’t manage to catch this in the theater during its brief run and I am sad to report that the reviews have not been good at all. Of course with this sort of thing I like to be my own judge about it so let’s see what comes of it. I will most likely binge watch it once its all finished since next weekend is the NY Comic Con and there is always a lot of preparation for me when it comes to that convention. Did any of you readers see it in the theaters? If you did just leave a simple “Ugh” or “It’s Great” in the comments without spoiling much else. I love the Marvel stuff and let’s be honest, “Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D.” didn’t start out all that good either and had a terrific last two seasons. Will you be watching “Inhumans” when it airs tonight? Let me know down in the comments below and what you hope comes of it.
