PiercingMetal Thoughts: Though I was never the biggest Grateful Dead fan when I was growing up, as the years went on I learned to appreciate what they were all about. My friends loved them and were diehards to the point of some of them following a tour to a couple of destinations which I always admired. It’s something else to inspire that level of fandom in a person. I’d love to catch the band during one of their NYC stops in this incarnation because I have heard good things about this no longer new project that keeps the memories alive and on the stage. At the time of this writing I have only seen clips of the band performing thanks to the stuff people are posting on YouTube and I wonder what you ardent Grateful Dead fans think of this project and if you are making plans to come out and see them on one of these dates. You can let me know down in the comments section below. Until next time.
