Earlier last month, I shared the trailer premiere for a brand-new superhero series “Stargirl” that will apparently run on both The CW Network AND The DC Universe streaming service. I’ll throw some opinion together on that notion a little later but if you didn’t see that first trailer click HERE in case it shows some different visuals from this newest one that went live earlier today. I’ve added the premise and casting and a cool poster as well in this one so scroll on down.

PiercingMetal Thoughts: As I’ve already lined out my thoughts on this show I will keep this brief. I like the look of it and wonder why its being lauded as coming to the DC Universe service and The CW. My thoughts are that perhaps the streaming service isn’t doing as great as it was hoped and let’s face it the Disney+ service launched not too long ago and has a whole lot more for the same money. I gave it a shot again during Comic Con to get some free “Harley Quinn” pins but cancelled not long afterward based on my not enjoying using my phone or tablet to watch everything. I still have a PS3 that I stream through since the PS5 will be my next upgrade on that kind of thing. I’d surely give this show a chance if its going to be on The CW but not if I have to sign up for something again. I don’t know about you readers but I am getting weary of the number of services I need to use to see a handful of shows that I like. Oh yeah and before I go, don’t forget that the next installment in the Warner Brothers Pictures DC Extended Universe comes out in February with “Birds Of Prey and The Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn”. Clicking that text will open up any posts that have run about it. See you next time.
