The Scoop: Though I’m not glued to the YouTube based on my daily agenda, I am back again to share some of the highlights from the currently in progress NYCC Metaverse. As you might recall, this is taking the place of the physical New York Comic Con based on the Coronavirus Pandemic. Here are the day 3 panel highlights:
* The creators of Steven Universe got together to talk about the show’s legacy and revealed some of the unaired plans they had for the series:
As a fan of the series of DC Comics superhero shows that air each and every week on The CW Entertainment network, one of the highlights is the crossover that brings these characters together for a unified cause. Some of the highlight crossovers for me was the “Crisis On Earth X” one and of course last year’s “Elseworlds” and now its time for the seeds that were planted in them to manifest in “Crisis On Infinite Earths”. The extended trailer was just revealed and the adventures begin this coming Sunday, December 8th. Take a look.
About The Crossover: “Crisis on Infinite Earths” is the upcoming sixth annual Arrowverse crossover event, featuring episodes of the live-action television series Supergirl, Batwoman, The Flash, Arrow, and Legends of Tomorrow on The CW. The Supergirl, Batwoman, and The Flash episodes will air in December 2019, while the Arrow and Legends of Tomorrow episodes will air in January 2020. Additionally, events in the Black Lightning episode “The Book of Resistance: Chapter Four: Earth Crisis”, airing between Batwoman and The Flash, will also tie-in to the crossover. A two-issue comic will also tie into the crossover, featuring characters and concepts not able to appear in the live-action episodes.
Hey there my readers and all the fans of the Pop Culture stuff. I’m returning to the topic of the series “Lucifer” which begins its new life as a streaming series as of this very moment. The show was rescued from Fox TV oblivion by Netflix and the fourth season can be binge-watched starting now if you feel like it. We discussed the show being picked up by Netflix a couple of times already with Official Trailer post (HERE) and the fun “that which has happened before” Recap post (HERE) and now its time to get on with the nitty gritty. I’ve embedded a new poster, the overall premise and casting for the new season down below. Enjoy.
The Premise:
Reeling from the aftermath of Chloe seeing his devil face, Lucifer faces a new challenge: Eve, the original sinner herself, is back. Does she want revenge for when he tempted her out of Eden oh so many years ago… or something else entirely? Lucifer Season 4 premieres May 8 only on Netflix. See, the show has been brought back to the legions of geekdom where it will run on the Netflix streaming service in the coming weeks. In this clip we get a rundown of what has come before from Lucifer himself. Let’s take a look.

Hey Fiends, so you know we’ve discussed the DC Comics Vertigo based show “Lucifer” here on the website, and I wanted to remind you that tonight is the season finale of the third season. Actually, I have a little bad news for you because tonight’s episode is in truth the series finale as it was cancelled by Fox a couple of days ago. Let’s review the premise and casting once more before the episode.
The Premise: The series will focus on Lucifer, “who is bored and unhappy as the Lord of Hell and resigns his throne and abandons his kingdom for the beauty of Los Angeles, where he gets his kicks helping the LAPD punish criminals”.
