We’re closing in on the premiere of the HBO Original Series “Watchmen” which is of course a connected story line to the comic book series and film that bore the same name. The fans at San Diego Comic Con got a nice first look at it but now its time to share the first proper Official Trailer. Thanks to the happenings and reveals from the in progress Comic Con International: San Diego (or SDCC for short); Our Pop Culture side of the fence has been thriving over the last couple of weeks and there is a lot more to come. Earlier today, HBO revealed the first full Official Trailer for their upcoming dramatic series “Watchmen” which is a continuation of the story that transpired in the film of the same name. My fellow geeks we seem to live in a work of prequels and sequels and I cannot imagine that there are folks among your number who have never read the absolute masterpiece of “Watchmen” or even seen the film that was pretty close to the original source material. Now, the folks at HBO and Warner Brothers Television/DC Entertainment are delivering a new dramatic series which is also called “Watchmen” and will follow the world that first stuff left behind.
