Hello my geek-minded cinephile friends, we are back once again to touch upon the topic of the soon to arrive Warner Brothers Pictures release “The Dark Knight Rises”. This is the third and final film in the series begun by director Christopher Nolan and we’ve used this side of the PiercingMetal fence to laud it a few times already. Feels like a long time ago when I say back in July we saw the first glimpse of the upcoming Warner Brothers Pictures release “The Dark Knight Returns” and I guess with media moving at the speed that it does it was quite long ago. While this “PiercingMetal Musings” blog aspect of the PiercingMetal reviews site might be a bit over a year old by now, I am not sure that everyone who finds us is aware of just how much we love the superhero movies when we get them and of course the brightly colored comic books that brought these characters to life for many of us in the first place. “The Dark Knight Rises” is apparently going to be the final chapter in the series of films that come from Christopher Nolan with “Batman Begins” and “The Dark Knight”. The first “teaser” clip is below along with some casting and premise. I will come back at the close to discuss. Let’s go.
