Ever since witnessing the overpowering live presence of Sweden’s Sabaton several years ago, I’ve done my best to become one of those “catch-up” fans by snagging some of their older works and vowing to support any tour that I was able to be a part of when they came to our neck of the woods. Earlier today the band released the first single from their upcoming album “The Last Stand” which continues the presentation of what I have been referring to as “War History Metal” with “The Lost Battalion”.
