“Gods Of Egypt” is an upcoming fantasy film that is heading our way in early 2016. The trailer was recently released and I’m happy to share it with you below for all the fans of this kind of heroic adventure. Check it out.

The Premise:
The Egyptian god of darkness Set takes over the throne of the Egyptian empire. A mortal hero, Bek, allies with the Egyptian god Horus in a mission to save the world and to rescue his love. (thanks Wiki).

PiercingMetal Thoughts: I’ve always been a fan of the Greek and Roman mythology when it was brought to the big screen and what interests me about this one is the chance to enjoy the Egyptian side of the godly fence for a change. It looks like adventurous fun and perhaps will even find many digging back into historical texts to learn more about these particular gods. I admit that its too early to state whether or not I will be in the theaters when it opens but I do want to see it. This reminds me a little bit of “Clash Of The Titans” and the classic Sinbad films that I used to go to see with my Grandmother. What did you think of the trailer?
