Here’s another interesting crop of variant covers from The House Of Ideas. This time around its focused on the “Marvel Vs. Capcom: Infinite” game and all its colorful characters. Let’s take a look at the press release and the images that were provided. I’ll close out with some editorial as well.

Today is the “Free Comic Book Day” for 2017 and there are a whole lot of awesome titles to secure for absolutely nothing. I hit my neighborhood shop Galaxy Comics in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn a short time ago and rushed back to showcase images of what is out there and that you should still be able to find providing you act fast. Here we go.
As we go through the stuff that I observed at today’s FCBD, I figured I would speak up on a few of them as the visuals go by but I will admit that I didn’t know every single title that was available today. This wouldn’t be a problem with the two offerings by Marvel and their “Guardians” title and the “Secret Empire” one. Each of these has a second story for fans to enjoy. Never a bad thing.
Not only is the excitement rising for “GOTG” since their film opened yesterday but also for “Wonder Woman” whose feature comes early next month. This Valiant Comics offering gives two tales which appears to be a common thread on this years FCBD
Welcome to our Merry Media Month of May my Friends, I hope you are ready for some Marvel-ous times this month. It appears that we not only have a whole fresh crop of first issues launching this month but the much-anticipated sequel to “Guardians Of The Galaxy” will open up this coming Friday. Some of the new series have a second issue coming out this month so I said what the heck and decided to share that here in this post as well. As usual the cover art and overall premise of these titles comes from the House Of Ideas itself and while there are NUMEROUS variant covers coming out for so many of these issues, I have only placed the cover of the main standard issues. We have a lot of ground to cover in this one so let’s get started shall we? Here we go.

Since next Saturday is the 2017 “Free Comic Book Day”, I’ve culled together a presentation of some of the titles that I am hoping to snag at my participating retailer. I figured since their is one more New Comic Wednesday between now and then, that it would be a good idea to showcase a few titles so you can make sure the place where you purchase your own titles will have them if they are participating in “Free Comic Book Day” at all. If they are not, I suggest that you use this time to peruse the official website of the event to find a store close to you that does. The information comes straight from each companies press items along with the images so let’s get on down to it.
