The moment has arrived my fellow comic book movie loving geeks, “Captain America: Brave New World” is opening up today in theaters across the country and of course in other nations around the world. This continues the expansion of the MCU on film after the “Deadpool & Wolverine” film which was absolute craziness. As most know, the famed shield of Steve Rogers is now in the hands of Sam Wilson who dons the mantle in a patriotic suit crafted by Wakandan engineering. This all firmed up at the end of “The Falcon and The Winter Soldier” series that Disney+ aired a few years ago. That was a really good one in case you missed it but now without any further adieu, let’s check out the theatrical poster, light premise and some casting.

There are a lot of our readers digging into the Anime and Manga stuff and we applaud them since its just so massive an extension of the geek interests that we personally don’t even know how to catch up on some of it. One popular series is “Battle Angel: Alita” and as you can see they’ve reversed the name for the film. The Premise: “Alita: Battle Angel” follows the story of the titular Alita, a disembodied “core” who awakens with no memory in a post-apocalyptic world destroyed by a technological fall.
