We are just about a month away from meeting Marvel’s “Captain Marvel” face to screen as the galactic powerhouse joins the other mighty heroes of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. It was only a month ago that the studio gave us a “Special Look” clip which was presented HERE in case you missed it. I’m excited about this one and I look forward to seeing all sorts of toys and accessories at the upcoming Toy Fair which this outlet is attending for its 9th straight year. I figured this was as good a time as any to showcase a number of the promotional posters that have been released for the film and I’ll start with the Official Theatrical one, the premise and the casting before you get to enjoy them all. The Premise: Set in the mid-1990s, Captain Marvel follows Carol Danvers, a former U.S. Air Force fighter pilot, as she turns into one of the galaxy’s mightiest heroes and joins Starforce, an elite Kree military team, before returning home with new questions about her past and identity when the Earth is caught in the center of an intergalactic conflict between two alien worlds.
