For the first time, Play NYC will have its own dedicated area within Anime NYC’s brand-new 80,000 sq ft gaming hall, bringing together two of New York City’s most beloved conventions at the Javits Center August 23-25, 2024.

We’re super excited to share that Playcrafting, organizers of Play NYC, has secured more than 50 incredible indie developers to showcase over 100 games at this year’s Play NYC taking place Saturday and Sunday, August 5 and 6 at the Metropolitan Pavilion.
Leading the list of developers is Atari which is bringing six brilliantly re-imagined indie games to Play NYC. In addition, there are several stand-out indie developers showcasing unique creations including all women-owned Astral Clocktower Studios which is working on Kristala, a captivating 3D dark fantasy ARPG. Computer Lunch which has several games including their new Cell to Singularity where you explore evolution and the history of life on Earth. And don’t miss Flying Carpets Games which is working on an incredible single-player horror game, Hiboka.
