The announcement can be viewed via the embedded video from CBS News and the nominations include Country superstar, George Strait, singer Gloria Gaynor, actors Sylvester Stallone and Michael Crawford, and “The Hottest Band In The World”, KISS.
Though KISS in the incarnation that we knew them best seems to have packed up their gear and greasepaint for good after their 2023 final concerts, the love for their music and the bands history remains strong within the members of the KISS Army. This Reel from their Official Facebook Page alerts the masses to an upcoming super special happening called the “KISS Army Storms Vegas”. Check it out.

PiercingMetal Thoughts: I don’t think that I need to tell the readers of this website that KISS is my very favorite band ever and had been so for as long as I can remember enjoying music. I supported all eras and caught a number of tours over the years including their two blockbuster final shows at the famed Madison Square Garden. Those were emotional nights for many of us and while they say that the makeup era was over, I did realize that the creativity between the two founders would not end if they could help it. To my knowledge there was no official press release about this “KISS Army Storms Vegas” event but that doesn’t stop me from sharing this barest of intel with our audience. As more details come to the surface you can count on my bringing it all to your attention. Let’s see what happens shall we? Feel free to chime in down below if you like or just wait until we have more details. Either option works and until then I say farewell.
