And so it begins, Marvel Studios “Phase 5” is here with the release of “Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania” and everyone who likes these films is excited about the expansion of the Marvel Cinematic Multiverse. Having discussed the film already a few times on the site, I will just direct you HERE to make sure that you didn’t miss anything. I didn’t expand on too much down below because it wasn’t necessary. Are you excited to see Ant-Man face off against a supervillain like Kang The Conqueror? Here’s some refresher.
As the New Year of 2023 continues to shake itself awake, the excitement for the beginning of “Phase 5” in the Marvel Cinematic Universe ramps up as the first feature in that segment arrives soon with “Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania”. It follows the recently released “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever” film which while popular, I only thought was okay at best. This new Ant-Man film looks super exciting and I’ve touched upon the subject before with the Official Trailer post (psst, click the hyperlinked text to see that one) and now its time for the “New Trailer”. I’ve edited the premise and added some additional casting and artwork so please enjoy down below.
While many felt that “Thor: Love and Thunder” was a little too silly for their liking, it still was a good continued progression into the ever-expanding Marvel Cinematic Universe as it showed us other Gods like Zeus and Hercules who I am sure that we haven’t seen the last of. Currently, the excitement is high for the upcoming “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever” film which opens up in a couple of weeks and to hold us over before a probably “Final Trailer”, we have gotten the first Official Trailer for the 2023 release “Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania” which I’ve shared below along with some premise and some casting. Enjoy.
The Premise: After the events of Avengers: Endgame, Scott Lang and Hope van Dyne, along with Hope’s parents, Hank Pym, Janet van Dyne and Scott’s daughter, Cassie, go on a new adventure exploring the Quantum Realm after accidentally sending themselves there with no way to get back and will encounter threats in a breathtaking world, plus might fight against their newest enemy, Kang the Conqueror, who has a ruthless army and a mysterious agenda. A few weeks have gone by since Marvel Studios had released the full on Official Trailer for “What If…?” (discussed HERE if you missed it) and now the moment has arrived and the series that reveals the happenings in all the divergent timelines begins streaming at the time we are posting this news. Hopefully you’ve watched “Loki” by now and are aware that all of the stuff we shall see here are resultant of that show’s outcome. I won’t say anything more to avoid spoiling it for the slowpokes. Take a look at the poster once again and the amazing voice cast.
When we first discussed the topic of the continuation of the “Ghostbusters” franchise with “Ghostbusters: Afterlife” it was way back in December of 2019 (as seen HERE). At the time we were getting ready to welcome what was sure to be a bountiful year of to do in 2020. Then 2020 began and while it started out alright by March was an international disaster based on the global pandemic. Now as the world slowly rises to more sense of normal, a second Official Trailer has been revealed and we we prepare to enjoy it I ask you all once more “Who you gonna call?”
The Premise: A single mother and her two children move to Oklahoma after inheriting property from a previously unknown relative. They discover their family’s legacy to the original Ghostbusters, who have become something of a myth as many have long-since forgotten the events of the “Manhattan Crossrip of 1984”.
