Lynyrd Skynyrd Announces “Last Of The Street Survivors Farewell Tour” 2019 Dates

Last year Southern Rock icons, Lynyrd Skynyrd, announced that, after a career that has spanned more than 40 years and includes a catalog of more than 60 albums with more than 30 million units sold, they would embark on their Last of the Street Survivors Farewell Tour. Produced by Live Nation, the career-concluding farewell tour logged over 50 stops by the end of 2018.

Last year Johnny Van Zant, Gary Rossington, and Rickey Medlocke sat down with Dan Rather for a candid conversation on The Big Interview during the first leg of their farewell tour. Reflecting on Lynyrd Skynyrd’s enduring legacy and their fans around the world, Rossington told Rather, “It takes a long time to finish a farewell tour when you’re like us, ‘cause we’ve played everywhere… I keep jokin’ it’d take ten years to do the farewell tour.”

Jeff Beck & Paul Rodgers + Ann Wilson Of Heart Announce “Stars Align Tour”

If you watched the recently aired Grammy Awards, you’d probably think that Rock Music was not really all that popular anymore and that there wasn’t anything good coming down the pike to look forward to. Let me clear that up right now and say that despite what you hear, Rock and Roll is here to stay, and it will never die. Today, iconic legendary rock musicians Jeff Beck and Paul Rodgers announced they will join forces for the “Stars Align Tour,” their co-headlining summer outing with Ann Wilson of Heart. Produced by Live Nation, the outing kicks off July 18th in West Valley City, Utah, and will stop in cities across the U.S. and Canada including Los Angeles, Dallas, St. Louis, Chicago, Toronto, Tampa, and more. Tickets will go on sale to the general public for the “Stars Align Tour” beginning Friday, February 2 at 10 AM through LiveNation.com. Citi® is the official presale credit card for the tour. As such, Citi® cardmembers will have access to purchase U.S. presale tickets beginning Wednesday, January 31 at 12:00pm local time until Thursday, February 1 at 10:00pm local time through Citi’s Private Pass® program.
