At the time that you are reading this, I am already on my way to the currently in progress New York Comic Con which began its annual takeover of the Javits Center this past Thursday. The 2025 edition of the famed convention marks my fifteenth annual attendance in a professional capacity and with my being a close to lifetime fan of comic books, toys related to said franchises and Science Fiction and Horror films I knew that 2025 was going to be a bountiful affair. Now speaking of takeovers, this post is being cobbled together to let you know that our Official PiercingMetal Instagram is going to be rife with visuals and videos from the New York Comic Con. I know that I’ve usually done these in the past but this time around I am starting with this part of the content creation to start your day off properly. According to my mobile device, the calculated steps I’ve taken over the previous two days are just shy of 20K which amounts to being just short of 10 miles. Saturday was going to be chaotic busy at the convention and I’m off to a Metal show post so I’d rather you all be tooling around on The Gram nice and early and being more in the mix with me as its all happening. My plan of action is to snap as much as possible for the social media platforms and the eventual website day by day features.
