Music Lineup Announced For ShipRocked 2019

As the summer draws ever closer to its end, it only makes sense for the 2019 concert cruises to start getting announced. A popular event is the “ShipRocked Cruise” and the press release in full is just below for you to enjoy. Check it out.

A spectacular music lineup has been announced for ShipRocked 2019, celebrating a decade of rock ‘n’ roll on the high seas January 26-31, 2019 onboard Carnival Valor for the first time. The greatest vacation ever will feature performances from Papa Roach, Bullet For My Valentine, I Prevail, Nothing More, Suicidal Tendencies, Sevendust, Motionless In White, and more, expanding to five days and nights, departing from Galveston, TX, with stops in Cozumel and the Yucatán in Mexico. Staterooms for ShipRocked 2019 are sold out, but a wait list is available at the link at the close.

Jacoby Shaddix of Papa Roach said, “We are so excited to join the 10th Anniversary cruise…It’s our third time on the bill and our first time headlining! You can expect a few surprises and a real rock show on the open sea – we can’t wait to see everyone taking part next year!!!”

Alter Bridge Announces “The Last Hero” North American Headline Tour

It’s always great to find out that Alter Bridge is heading out on a tour of their own since we don’t have that happen as often as the diehards might like. Anyway, I will let the press release below do all the talking. Check it out. I’ll come back at the close.

Hard rock titans Alter Bridge will embark on their first headline tour of 2017 across North America beginning on January 21st in Mobile, AL. The Last Hero Tour will make stops in cities across the country such as Chicago, IL, Philadelphia, PA, New York, NY and Las Vegas, NV before wrapping up in Seattle, WA. Artist presale tickets are currently on sale. Tickets and VIP Packages will be available publicly on Friday at 10:00AM local time and can be purchased at the website link at the bottom.

The Last Hero, marks a return to the Top 10 on the Billboard charts for Alter Bridge in the United States; their first since their debut release, 2004’s One Day Remains. The band peaked at #8 on the Billboard 200 with over 27,800 units consumed via sales and streaming. The band also hit #4 on the Top Current Albums chart selling almost 27,000 (26,955 sold), landed at #2 on the Rock Chart and the band’s first-ever #1 album on the Independent Albums Chart. The Last Hero topped charts around the globe as well landing at #6 in Australia, #5 in Germany, #8 in Italy, #2 in Scotland, and #3 in the United Kingdom.

Device Announce US Tour Dates

NOMINATED FOR REVOLVER’S GOLDEN GOD AWARD FOR “BEST NEW TALENT” – Device, a collaboration featuring modern hard rock icon David Draiman of Disturbed, has announced a series of US tour dates. They will be kicking off a string of headline shows on April 10th in Mobile, AL and will be performing at several spring festivals. Gemini Syndrome and Nonpoint will support on select headline dates.

This tour will support the release of their self-titled debut album on April 9, 2013 via Warner Bros Records, which Draiman co-wrote and recorded with Geno Lenardo [formerly of Filter]. Upon finishing the writing and recording process, Draiman enlisted Evanescence drummer Will Hunt, and Dope and Rock of Ages guitarist Virus; the three comprise the touring incarnation of Device.
