Sony Pictures “Uncharted” Official Trailer 2

It’s been a couple of months since we last had the upcoming Sony Pictures film “Uncharted” as a topic and that was for the Official Trailer that was discussed HERE. In that narrative I pointed out that I wasn’t too “up” on this particular property but since we love sharing the trailers for releases that pique our demographics interests it made the most sense. With that being said here is the second Official Trailer for “Uncharted” starring Tom Holland. As with the previous post I’ve added the premise, casting and some updated artwork.

The Premise: Taking place years before the events of Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune, a young Nathan Drake and his partner Victor “Sully” Sullivan go up against a wealthy, ruthless fortune hunter and his mercenaries to claim “the greatest treasure never found” while also tracking clues that may lead to Drake’s long-lost brother.

Nowadays it’s not as uncommon to find a movie based on a video game series coming to life on the big screen. We’ve seen this in numerous “Resident Evil” adaptations over the years and even the fairly recent “Mortal Kombat” so now its “Uncharted” that’s taking a turn. The film stars Tom Holland (Spider-Man) and comes care of Sony Pictures. The first trailer has dropped so I’ve got that for you down below along with the premise, casting and provided artwork. The E3 Convention/Expo is underway and I have a number of colleagues in attendance doing reporting for their respective mediums. Their being there led me to follow some of the activity for our Pop Culture focuses since video games are often based on the Toys, Comics and Film items that are discussed on that section of the PiercingMetal.com website. When I saw the trailer for the upcoming 2020 release of “Marvel’s Avengers” by the folks at Square Enix, I knew that I had to share it with the readership. Take a look down below.

About The Game: Marvel’s Avengers begins at A-Day, where Captain America, Iron Man, the Hulk, Black Widow, and Thor are unveiling a hi-tech Avengers Headquarters in San Francisco — including the reveal of their own helicarrier powered by an experimental energy source.
