It was only a few short weeks ago when we shared the announcement about the Rolling Stones “No Filter Tour” for 2021 (seen HERE). Earlier today the news came that drummer Charlie Watts would be missing these dates. Read on.
A spokeman for Charlie Watts has confirmed that the Rolling Stones drummer is unlikely to be available for the resumption of the Rolling Stones USA “No Filter Tour” this fall.
By now I’m sure you’ve seen the clip of Mick Jagger dancing around now that he’s recovered from a recent surgery, and with this recovery comes the re-scheduling of concert tour dates. Let’s take a look down below or should I say —- “START ME UP!!!!!” (sorry, I just couldn’t resist).
We are delighted to announce the new US and Canada tour dates today! All of the cities from the previously postponed shows are locked in, starting at Soldier Field in Chicago on June 21 and including a brand new date in New Orleans!
Tickets sold for the original date will be honoured – fans DO NOT need to exchange their tickets. Those who cannot attend the re-scheduled date can refund their tickets by accessing their Ticketmaster account. For transferred tickets, the refund will go to the fan who originally bought the tickets, once they have been transferred back. You can contact Ticketmaster with any queries HERE. Tickets for New Orleans will go on general sale Friday May 31, at 10am (local time). The pre-sale for the Rolling Stones mailing list will run from 10am on Wednesday May 29 to 10pm on Thursday May 30 (local time). We apologise again for any inconvenience the re-scheduling of these dates may have caused you and hope to see you at a show very soon!
