Yesterday Netflix unveiled the first full trailer for their upcoming original series “Jessica Jones” which is set in the same universe as their previous show “Daredevil” and most important of all, will be a part of the larger Marvel Cinematic Universe. For a few weeks they had these teaser trailers which I culled together in THIS POST. Take a look at those because there are a couple of interesting Easter eggs to be found in them. Then you can check out the first full on trailer below.

PiercingMetal Thoughts: I’ll be the first to admit that I am not too sure about how this particular character will be received but its nice that they are continuing along with interrelated characters and aiming towards a unified goal. “Cage” and “Iron Fist” will follow this series and lead us to “The Defenders” much like “Iron Man”, “Thor” and “Captain America The First Avenger” led us to “The Avengers”. This clip is pretty good though and shows that our heroine is flawed and has numerous issues. The big bag will be Killgrave who is also known as The Purple Man and we also have Luke Cage in the series who according to what I have read will have his powers already but is keeping them under wraps.
