Tonight: A&E’s “Bates Motel” Season 5 Premiere – The Final Season (2/20/2017)

Fans of Norman Bates and “Mother” will be saddened to learn that tonight begins the final season of the A&E Original Series “The Bates Motel”. This is the fifth season and while I didn’t watch it myself, I know a lot of the horror minded geeks in my world are fans so we aim to please here. Though I’ve never personally seen a single episode of the A&E Program “The Bates Motel”, I’ve been aiming to share more Horror related items on the website since a lot of our readers eat the stuff up like blood coated candy. Now Playing: “The Dark Knight Rises” (7/20/2012)

The big day is finally here for the fans of the Batman franchise as “The Dark Knight Rises” opens up in theaters everywhere. The film continues and apparently completes the saga that Chris Nolan began with “Batman Begins” and continued with “The Dark Knight” and I have to admit that I never realized this was going to be a trilogy. Nolan’s Batman was grittier than any we had seen before, and even more so than the one from the 1989 film where he was played by Michael Keaton. In any event I am excited for this movie.
