The Details: Back on 12/31/2015 Motley Crue performed as a band for the very last time during a tour called “The End”. Once it ended the band closed the book on a truly storied career and that was it. No more Motley Crue. The full press release about this event can be viewed HERE. The historic final show will be shown on the big screens at select locations for one-night only thanks to the folks at Fathom Events and even better to announce is that they want a whole bunch of PiercingMetal readers at the screening as well. When and Where: Tuesday, June 14th 7:00pm at AMC Empire 25 Theatre (NYC)

To Participate: I probably don’t have to tell you that Motley Crue always delivered the goods when it came to an entertaining show for decades and over the course of my own live concert adventures I think I have seen them about eight times. Of course this is nothing compared to the diehards when it comes to their concert attendances. This contest continues our movie ticket giveaways on PiercingMetal and I’ll keep them similar to our concert ones. With this in mind please just give me three things about the band that you love the most. It can span your favorite albums, songs, meet and greets or past concert experiences. Make this good reading because the stuff remains on the website and can likely inspire new fans as well to check them out and encourage even more giveaways of this nature. Now since there are likely newbies in the mix that want to be a part of the fun, those people can get me three solid reasons why they must be at the show. I’ll be responding to the comments that I like most right below their answer. Please be aware that this is for a “single ticket only” and no plus one requests will be honored. Sorry.

Fathom Events Presents: “Motley Crue: The End” One Night Only Screening June 14th

Back in April we discussed the “One Night Only” screening of “KISS Rocks Vegas” and if you didn’t see that post please click HERE so you are up to speed. I bring that one up first because that particular event is happening in a couple of weeks and I am planning on hosting a contest on PiercingMetal that will put a few of my lucky readers into the film screening for free. Now back to my already late news as the other day Fathom Events announced that Motley Crue will also get a screening for “The End” which is their final concert as a band ever. Fathom Events, Live Alliance, Eagle Rock Entertainment and Tenth Street Entertainment Present the Iconic Rock Band’s Epic Final Performance in Select Movie Theaters

NEW YORK – May 11, 2016 – On December 31, 2015, legendary rock icons Mötley Crüe completed their 35-year touring career as a band with a spectacular final concert at Staples Center in their hometown of Los Angeles, CA, just 10 miles from the Sunset Strip where the band’s infamous and decadent career first launched. The band thrilled the sold-out arena with performances of such mega-hits as “Kickstart My Heart,” “Girls, Girls, Girls,” “Home Sweet Home” and “Dr. Feelgood.” While not everyone was able to see their Final Show live, Crüe fans can now catch all the action when Fathom Events, Live Alliance, Eagle Rock Entertainment and Tenth Street Entertainment present “Mötley Crüe: The End” in select U.S. cinemas on Tuesday, June 14, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. local time for only one night. In addition to the epic concert footage, cinema audiences will be treated to behind-the-scenes footage of the band’s last global tour.
