With the mini-series hitting the racks now in September, Marvel Comics has begun to release a series of Artist Variant covers for the first issue. I’ll start us off with the standard edition cover and then be editing this post as new reveals are made available to the press. Enjoy the ride.

This March, comic book history will be made as “Detective Comics” reaches its milestone 1000th issue. Remember, Batman didn’t appear in the first issue of that comic but instead in its 27th.
