Are you excited about it? Are you even going? The tour starts in a couple of short days and its already sold out in some of the stops that it will be making. That news doesn’t really surprise me though.

The “Power Of The Riff” Is Coming East In September
As I have mentioned a few times already in this area of PiercingMetal.com, when we learn of a tour or area festival type event that is worthy of your attention we shall always aim to offer you up a little commercial announcement about it so you are in the know. With that being the case please check this one out…..
They call this little bit of Metal Madness “The Power Of The Riff” and if I am reading correctly, this will be the first time that such an event is on the East Coast. Isn’t that awesome? The show will take place across the first weekend in September at the Warsaw in Williamsburg Brooklyn. Since this is also the Labor Day holiday you are all off on Monday and that means there is no problem with your staying out late for a Metal show the night before. Sat (Sept. 1): Pentagram, Poison Idea, Negative Approach, Xibalba, Alpha & Omega, Power Trip
Sun (Sept. 2): SUNN 0))), Winter, Repulsion, Unearthly Trance, Salvation, Dead In The Dirt
The bombastic show is being presented by the Brooklyn Vegan and Scenic so please be sure to give some kudos where they are due. Tickets are on sale now and should you be interested in attending but need a little more background on some of the bands I have pasted in some Amazon.com links to help you along.
