In light of the recently reported sex scandal on numerous wire services regarding founding member and bassist Dave Ellefson, Dave Mustaine has released a statement which when all is said and done releases the musician from band service. I have provided said statement down below for your perusal.

It’s time. MEGADETH and LAMB OF GOD cannot be stopped and today announced the rescheduled run of the Metal Tour of the Year.
