Presenting The 1st Critics’ Choice Super Awards Winners

It was back in November that I first posted about the brand-new Critics Choice Super Awards on PiercingMetal and you might recall that I was excited about them since they were directly speaking to a number of my media interests. Yesterday, the winners were announced via a virtual ceremony because thanks to the pandemic that is the easiest way we can do stuff like this nowadays. Though we still have a ways to go, I feel that in due time more sense of normalcy will be experienced but for now you folks just chill at home and let entertainment outlets like this one offer up the things you need to know about. So I didn’t watch the virtual ceremony but am happy to share the winners circle with you all down below. Since its always beneficial to see what didn’t win when all was said and done, I have left the nominees in this narrative as well. We can discuss more about this at the close when I return. Now get thee scrolling but maybe get a fresh cup of coffee first before you do.

Warner Brothers Television “Lovecraft Country” Comic-Con Sneak Peek

Warner Brothers Television has a new series coming to HBO called “Lovecraft Country” and they’ve shared a teaser at the Comic-Con. You can check this out and more down below.

The Premise: Lovecraft Country follows “Atticus Freeman as he joins up with his friend Letitia and his Uncle George to embark on a road trip across 1950s Jim Crow America in search of his missing father. This begins a struggle to survive and overcome both the racist terrors of white America and the terrifying monsters that could be ripped from a Lovecraft paperback”.
