PiercingMetal Thoughts: Historically speaking, I never really followed the music of Bauhaus but I know many friends who found their music to be very influential. The English Gothic Rock band doing a special one night only appearance should be a spectacular event for all who are in attendance and its my hope that it leads to more dates that come over this way so I can check it out and do some show review. Readers might recall that the bands singer Peter Murphy was doing a residency at Le Poisson Rouge before suffering a heart attack. The residency was discussed HERE and the news about his promising recovery HERE and I imagine that we shall soon learn about his completing that run of shows that were postponed. Since I’ve not much actual background from experience on the group, I wonder what you diehards to their sound might think of this exclusive date. Personally I feel it will lead to an extended tour because The Misfits did an exclusive show and look what happened there. Numerous gigs in numerous cities.
