Fans of the Jay and Silent Bob characters will be excited as today is the day that the film “Jay and Silent Bob Reboot” opens up in theaters around the country. Back in the beginning of the month, I shared the Green Band Trailer which you can review by clicking HERE if you didn’t see it. Below I’ve got the Official Poster, Premise and Casting so have at it.
Though the New York Comic Con might be over, there is still a lot of geeky awesome to entertain us in terms of the comic series announcements and season premieres of shows like the previously discussed “Batwoman” and the fifth season of “Supergirl” which premieres tonight on The CW Network. I’ve snagged the season poster along with a recap of the fourth and much of the main and guest cast for your consumption. Let’s go.
Season 4 Recap: In the fourth season, Kara deals with a new wave of anti-extraterrestrial prejudice secretly instigated by Lex Luthor from prison, forcing her to fight for the civil and political rights of aliens. Ben Lockwood, a former college professor who suffered a series of personal tragedies at the hands of extraterrestrials, forms a human-first group called the Children of Liberty to end all aliens. Meanwhile, in the nation of Kasnia, a clone of Kara dubbed “Red Daughter” is trained by its military to fight Supergirl at Lex’s request. Kara and Alex rival with the DEO’s new addition, Col. Lauren Haley, who was sent to monitor the DEO’s progress under Alex’s direction. Col. Haley and the President try to force Supergirl to reveal her identity, and clash with her and Alex when she refuses. It was only a few short months ago that I shared the first trailer from the upcoming “Jay and Silent Bob Reboot” (seen HERE for the folks who missed it). It was pretty amusing and now with only weeks left before the release comes the Official Green Band trailer. Take a look down below. I’ve also added the ensemble cast and a different poster. Enjoy.
Like most of you readers, I first learned about Kevin Smith and Jason Mewes from the film “Clerks” where they portrayed Jay and Silent Bob. Now, so many years later the pair return to their original roles in a new film called “Jay and Silent Bob Reboot”. The first trailer was just released so let’s take a look at it down below. I’ve also added the premise and ensemble cast for good measure.
