The giant monsters and their fans will be invading Brooklyn’s Industry City today as “Kaiju Brooklyn” arrives. Scores of vendors and special collectibles will be found and even a post show screening of TBR (that’s too be revealed in case you didn’t know). The full scoop is on the flyer.
Right after I enjoyed a matinee showing of “Barbie” at the Alpine Cinema in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn I just had to stop into our neighborhood comic book store Galaxy Comics to see what was going one. After a brief catchup with the staff and perusing the racks once again I noticed the flyer down below in the post that was announcing the first-ever “Kaiju Brooklyn” event.
About The Event: KaijuBrooklyn is a one day kaiju themed event, celebrating all things Japanese giant monsters like Godzilla, Ultraman, Power Rangers, and more! The show will take place inside the popular and massively sized Industry City at the Tom Kane theater in building 5. Kaiju Brooklyn will feature plenty of kaiju toy vendors as well as kaiju artists selling prints and much much more along with a screening inside the complex at the end of the event.
