Last year, both “Action Comics” and “Detective Comics” from DC Comics reached their milestone 1000th issue and to celebrate them had a wealth of variant covers for fans to scramble to collect. Clicking the highlighted text will bring those articles up in case you’re still hunting for a particular variant. Now its Marvel’s turn to celebrate as their milestone “Marvel Comics” #1000 will soon hit the stands and they’ve unveiled a crop of variant covers for the issue. As new reveals come to light I will add them into this same post, let’s go.

DC Comics Reveals “Detective Comics” #1000 Variant Covers

This March, comic book history will be made as “Detective Comics” reaches its milestone 1000th issue. As you all know, this is the title that gave us “The Batman” way back in May of 1939 and before I get into the cover visuals, I wanted to share that classic issue with you all. Remember, Batman didn’t appear in the first issue of that comic but instead in its 27th.
