Showtime Presents: “Dexter: New Blood” Exclusive Sneak Peek Trailer

It feels like a lifetime ago when we all collectively said goodbye to our favorite serial killer “Dexter” and truth be told that series finale ending was a bit of a letdown. I think it came close to rivaling the dismay that the fans of “The Sopranos” felt with that whole fade to black thing. Yeah I realize I might have ruined that for those of you who didn’t watch it but that show has been gone even longer and you had plenty of time to catch up during the pandemic but where was I. Oh yeah, “Dexter” is returning to Showtime with a brand-new show that picks up years later where he ended up and this exclusive sneak-peek trailer was just released. Enjoy.

The Premise: Ten years after faking his death, Dexter Morgan has moved to the fictional small town of Iron Lake, New York, hiding his identity under the name of Jim Lindsay, a local shopkeeper. He has developed a relationship with Angela Bishop, the town’s chief of police, and has suppressed his serial killing urges. A string of incidents around Iron Lake causes Dexter to fear that the “Dark Passenger” within him will reveal itself.

Warner Brothers Television “Lovecraft Country” Comic-Con Sneak Peek

Warner Brothers Television has a new series coming to HBO called “Lovecraft Country” and they’ve shared a teaser at the Comic-Con. You can check this out and more down below.

The Premise: Lovecraft Country follows “Atticus Freeman as he joins up with his friend Letitia and his Uncle George to embark on a road trip across 1950s Jim Crow America in search of his missing father. This begins a struggle to survive and overcome both the racist terrors of white America and the terrifying monsters that could be ripped from a Lovecraft paperback”.

Tonight: “The Gifted” Season Two Premiere On Fox (9/25/2018)

We’ve discussed the Fox series “The Gifted” a few times in the past here on the websites Film and Television area and even showcased their unique trailers (seen HERE in the event you missed it). If you loved the series, then please get ready to yell because the second season begins tonight. Let’s check out the season premiere poster along with the premise and casting. Fox’s “The Gifted” Season 2 Trailers (Airs 9/25/2018)

The Fox series based on the X-Men franchise is called “The Gifted” and it has been granted a second season. Since there are two sides to the mutant contingent of the show, there are two distinct trailers to enjoy.
