Hey there my friends, it’s time to use our voice to direct your attention to another adventure that was done over on “The Chronicles” because I think some of you might find it of interest. Those who follow my adventures at the annual Toy Fair, might recall that I also go to a couple of the events held by the fine folks at The Toy Insider. I last featured them on PiercingMetal in a piece I did about their “Sweet Suite” event that you can peruse by clicking HERE. More about that particular adventure was relegated to “The Chronicles” based on the ages involved in the product lines. Now I am here to tell you that I just finished posting about their “Holiday Of Play” event and the whole shebang can be examined by clicking HERE.
Unlike their “Sweet Suite” event, almost all of the product lines are aimed at a younger demographic and with more parents reading that site it made proper sense to put the narrative over there. I figured that a lot of you older Metal fans (like me) also have kids or younger members of the family circle which finds me putting together this signpost. I hope you enjoy it and consider becoming a regular reader of that side of the fence. We’d love to have you of course.

For the last couple of years I’ve been announcing that I had attended the “Holiday Of Play” which is the fine folks over at The Toy Insider’s annual holiday event. It’s smaller in scale than their also annual “Sweet Suite” but its at this event where they outline the absolute winners in their eyes in terms of the holiday gift guides. Generally, I end up covering the event over on “The Chronicles Of Piercing Ken” website since a lot of the stuff is for a younger audience and while I do feature a lot of “Toys & Collectibles” in our category for such things, the cutesy or cuddly dolls and accessories are better suited over there. This year it’s a little different based on The Toy Insider launching “The Pop Insider” which was discussed HERE. This website and occasional magazine will focus on many of the same things I write about so the items that fall into the regular space I keep will be shared in this post. It will be fun, I promise. Let’s go.
Back in July, I shared the news that I had attended The Toy Insider’s “Sweet Suite” event for my Lifestyle Website, “The Chronicles Of Piercing Ken”. If you missed that one just click HERE to be up to date. Today I’m here to let you know that I recently attended their “Holiday Of Play” event, which I recalled being much later in the season last year. This holiday season event is a much smaller scaled one so it’s pretty cool to be asked to attend. You can explore along with my other site by clicking the logo down below.
Since this is a traffic sign or a transporter room in some sense, I’ve disabled the means to comment on this post. You can always do that on the narrative that makes the most sense on “The Chronicles”. Heck, you can even leave some thoughts on each chapter if you like. I sure don’t mind that. For additional viewpoints, images and updates from the field as we experience them, please follow “The Chronicles Of Piercing Ken” on the popular social networks of Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. We’d love to have you along for the ride. See you again soon.
It was only a few short months ago that I shared with my PiercingMetal readers that I had attended my very first “Sweet Suite” which is an event curated by the folks over at The Toy Insider. As a regular attendee to the American International Toy Fair for our geek content side of the fence, it was pretty awesome to do this. With the skew of that event being geared towards a younger audience, I opted to showcase it on “The Chronicles” and if you missed this please do click HERE to see what it was all about. Especially if you have children or younger relatives. This particular traffic sign relates to their annual “Holiday Of Play” event which is a smaller scaled affair that only a few may participate in. It would take place at The Manhattan Penthouse on Fifth Avenue where I had never been so that was cool. I was honored to be included as this would mark my first time going to this one and to see the explorations I did a few days ago just click the logo below.
Important: As is my practice with the redirection posts, the means to comment on this alert have been turned “OFF”. I’d prefer that you comment over on “The Chronicles” on the post that compels you to do so. It makes more sense over there. I hope you enjoy it and are led to some awesome items for the younger members in the family. Now let’s get on back to the Heavy Music and Comic Geek stuff.
