If it feels like a forever since the topic of the “Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse” film was discussed you’d be correct as it was just about a year ago when I last did a post on the website for our Pop Culture focuses. The Premise:
Over a year after the events of Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse (2018),[1] Miles Morales is unexpectedly approached by his love interest Gwen Stacy to complete a mission to save every universe of Spider-People from the Spot, who could cause a catastrophic disaster. Miles is up for the challenge, where he and Gwen journey through the Multiverse together and meet its protectors, a group of Spider-People known as the Spider-Society, led by Miguel O’Hara. However, Miles finds himself at odds with Miguel and the Spider-Society on how to handle the threat.

Sony Pictures: “Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse (Part One)” Official First Look

While Sony Pictures still holds the license for the rights to Spider-Man, I have to say that we really loved seeing Miles Morales on the animated big screen in “Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse” from a couple of years ago.

The Premise:
Miles Morales/Spider-Man goes on an adventure across the multiverse with Gwen Stacy / Spider-Woman and a new team of Spider-People who must face a powerful villain.

Marvel Studios Reveals Amazing Slate Of Films and Series To Come

The fine folks at Disney held their Investors Call and during this happening, we found the Marvel Studios powers that be announcing what amounts to be an incredible slate. I was following along as best as possible with the social networking posts and have shared their images and copy for your consumption.

Captain Marvel 2: Brie Larson returns as Carol Danvers in Marvel Studios’ Captain Marvel 2, directed by Nia DaCosta. Joining the cast are recently announced Ms. Marvel, Iman Vellani, and Monica Rambeau played by WandaVision’s Teyonah Parris. Captain Marvel 2 flies into theaters Nov. 11, 2022

Now Playing: “Bumblebee” in Theaters Everywhere (12/21/2018)

As you’ve most probably surmised, today is a BIG day for movie releases because we’ve already announced that “Aquaman” has opened along with the recently premiered “Mortal Engines” and “Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse”. Now I bring you the news that “Bumblebee” is opening up as well. The Synopsis: Twenty years before the events of the first film, in 1987, Bumblebee takes refuge in a small California beach town junkyard, where a teenage girl named Charlie Watson takes him in. However, the two of them soon find themselves hunted by a Government Agency known as Sector Seven, lead by Agent Burns.
