Presenting The 68th Grammy Award Winners for Rock and Metal

awards show logos, grammy awards, grammy awards logo

As most of you know by now, the “Rock” and “Metal” categories for the Grammy Awards is no longer something that is a part of the lengthy broadcast that will be “officially beginning” at 8PM, EST this evening. These categories are instead celebrated and awarded earlier in pre-show festivities which essentially frees up any of the Metalheads who were hoping to catch these genres during the broadcast. Having monitored their assorted feeds, I’ve managed to compile a list of the winners and now present those categories alone for you to quickly peruse and then forget about the Grammy Awards until next year. Presenting the Grammy Awards for the Rock, Metal and Alternative categories.

WINNER – “Changes (Live From Villa Park) Back to the Beginning” – Yungblud featuring Nuno Bettencourt, Frank Bello, Adam Wakeman and II of Sleep Token
“U Should Not Be Doing That” – Amyl and the Sniffers
“The Emptiness Machine” – Linkin Park

This post is to shine a keen focus on the categories that interest our demographic of readers the most and those are the Rock and Metal ones. Since it was easy to present in this fashion, I’ve once again included all the nominees for these same categories but I omitted the “Best Music Video” in the winner list since ACDC did NOT go home with the trophy. Now let’s take a look at these winners, may I have the envelope please.
