Win A Ticket To “Batman: Return Of The Caped Crusaders” @ AMC Empire 25 on 10/10/2016

The Details: “Batman: Return of the Caped Crusaders” is an upcoming 2016 American animated superhero film produced by Warner Bros. Animation and distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures. Based on the 1960s Batman TV series, the film stars Adam West, Burt Ward, and Julie Newmar reprising their roles of Batman, Robin, and Catwoman from the series. Originally intended to be released directly on home video, the film will premiere at the New York Comic Con on October 6, 2016, to be followed by a simultaneous release in theaters on October 10, 2016, a digitally home video release on October 11, 2016 and on DVD and Blu-ray on November 1, 2016.

When and Where: Monday, October 10th 7:30pm @ AMC Empire 25 (New York, NY)

To Participate: I grew up on the classic Batman television series and remember it fondly. Even as an adult the show remains special to me and I am absolutely stoked to offer up this contest to our readers and fans of the show right after the always incredible NY Comic Con. Those folks at Fathom Events are really dishing out some awesome IMHO. Here’s what you can do for me with this one. Name your three very favorite episodes of the original show and what about them made it special. That should be easy enough and if you are just one of the curious give me three solid things about the Batman mythology that keep you interested as a fan. They have to be good of course since one or two words are not going to do it at all. Read the guidelines below and then head on over to the Batcave. The Batcomputer needs you aware of these specs below.

– Enter only enter once. All comments are moderated and will not appear immediately after your submission until staff can review them.
– Number them for ease of knowing if you followed the instructions or not if I’ve asked for a list of items.
– Please enter your full real name in the comment form along with an email address that you can be reached at if you win. This is necessary to process your ticket and I cannot stress it enough. Please do NOT put this information in the comment itself out of privacy concerns. Winners are entered into a system by PiercingMetal Moderators, so the email must be a valid and regularly checked one.
– As this is a special advance screening that means only a few tickets are here to use so please only enter if you can and will attend the screening should you win and it’s logistically possible for you to do so. Essentially if you live a couple of hundred miles away we don’t think you’re coming here for a show in NYC.
– Subscribe to the comments on the contest post and check back to see the responses so you know if you won or not. I am very quick to choose once a few have come in.
– Make sure you are entering a NEW comment and not replying to another contestant’s entry as that makes notifying you all the more difficult should you be marked as a winner.
– Monitor your email once you have been marked as a winner for notes from Fathom Events or PiercingMetal.com – I will not be able to re-enter into the system once its done the first time.

Bring it on as this one will close by noon on the day of the screening or when my allotment has been depleted. Whichever comes first.

Are you ready to get scared my readers? Well I hope that you said yes because I just received a brand new contest and this one is for an exclusive one-night only screening of Rob Zombie’s latest film “31”. The film will open up in select cinemas in a few weeks for a limited run but some lucky PiercingMetal readers are going to get to see this way before that time. The Scoop:
Fathom Events and Saban Films are thrilled to bring the premiere of Rob Zombie’s 31, to select cinemas nationwide on Thursday, September 1 for a twisted one-night event.

From the visionary mind of Rob Zombie (House of 1000 Corpses, The Devil’s Rejects and Halloween) comes the horrific story of five carnival workers who are kidnapped the night before Halloween and held hostage in a large compound. At the mercy of their captors, they are forced to play a twisted game of life or death called 31. For the next 12 hours they must fight for their lives against an endless parade of homicidal maniacs in “the deadliest game since Saw.” (Steve Barton, Dread Central)

Written and directed by Zombie and starring Sheri Moon Zombie (The Devil’s Rejects, Halloween), Golden Globe nominee Malcolm McDowell (Mozart in the Jungle, A Clockwork Orange), Jeff Daniel Phillips (The Lords of Salem) and Meg Foster (They Live) this newest feature further cements Zombie’s creative accomplishments in the cinema world.

The Details: KISS is one of my very favorite bands here at the PiercingMetal Command HQ and if this is news to you then you have not been paying the proper attention to the writings. Last year, KISS did a first-ever residency in Las Vegas and highlights from these epic performances have been culled together for a film entitled “KISS Rocks Vegas”. The historic residency will be shown on the big screens at select locations for one-night only thanks to the folks at Fathom Events and even better to announce is that they want a whole bunch of PiercingMetal readers at the screening as well. Read more below on how to participate.

When and Where: Wednesday, May 25th 7:00pm at AMC Empire 25 Theatre (234 West 42nd Street NYC)

To Participate: KISS has remained one of the most exciting live shows for over forty years now and over the course of my own live concert adventures I think I have seen them about 25 times. Based on some of the diehards that I know, this is not even close to their concert attendances. This contest is the first ever movie ticket giveaway on PiercingMetal and I want it to be a special one. With this in mind please just give me three things about the band KISS that you love the most. It can span your favorite albums, songs, meet and greets or past concert experiences. Make this good reading because the stuff remains on the website and can likely inspire new fans as well to check them out and encourage even more giveaways of this nature. Now since there are likely newbies in the mix that want to be a part of the fun, those people can get me three solid reasons why they must be at the show. I will stress that if you are going to moan and groan about the band in today’s dynamic or want to chastise any of the members you should not even enter this giveaway because I will NOT be approving those comments. Sorry this one is all about having a good time in an awesome theater. I’ll be responding to the comments that I like most right below their answer.
