Hey there my friends if you are a fan of the band Parkway Drive then you want to pay close mind to this announcement that began circulating yesterday afternoon because it seems as though the band will only be playing select gigs for the remainder of 2017. Their Facebook status and the poster are below for you to examine.

The Statement:
“We’re excited to announce a select run of shows in the U.S. and Canada this June. These will be our ONLY North American shows for 2017, so don’t miss out!! Joining us will be The Word Alive and Wage War. Tickets on sale this Friday APR 14.”

PiercingMetal Thoughts: Hey I hope you don’t mind that I didn’t retype the dates but there are only a few of them and its easy to read on the poster. This is a band that has still eluded me for some reason and I am guessing this will still be the case at least in the live sense with such a limited bunch of dates. Time to explore Spotify a little bit I reckon to be ready for the next time. What do you readers think about this one? Will you be heading to one of these select shows? Let me know down in the comments.

I admit this as not a slight but more like the shows often conflicted with scheduling and you just end up overwhelmed with the amount of great stuff going on out there so I was glad to learn of the new single “Loser” from the bands forthcoming album “Coming Home”. Here are some quick thoughts about it.
