It was just over a month ago that we shared the Official Trailer for the BMG documentary “Dio: Dreamers Never Die” which is of course about the legendary and still so very much missed Ronnie James Dio. If you missed our post about that you can click HERE while we wait for you to be more up to speed. The film opens today in limited theaters for a brief time before receiving a streaming and home video release. Down below you’ll find a reminder of the premise and the folks who appear along the documentary. Raise those horns once more for Ronnie!!!

Monsters Of Rock Cruise Announces 2022 Excursion

Departing out of Miami, Florida, promoter On The Blue announced the five-day/five-night full ship charter cruise will set sail February 9-14 aboard Royal Caribbean’s Freedom of the Seas, visit two ports in CocoCay, Bahamas and Labadee, Haiti, and features performances from rock icon Alice Cooper, along with performances from over 35 artists.

The public on-sale kicks off today (5/11) at 9:00 am ET, with cabins starting at $1,799.00 per person (double occupancy, not including mandatory taxes and fee supplement). The Hall of Heavy Metal History Announces 2019 Inductees

We might not see a lot of Metal going into the Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame every year but that is okay because we now have the Hall Of Heavy Metal History and they’ve just revealed the 2019 inductees. Check it out.

Once again, the annual Hall of Heavy Metal History’s Metal Hall of Fame Gala will take place on Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at Marriott Delta Garden Grove in Anaheim, CA. The event will be hosted by iconic television, radio personality and heavy metal champion Eddie Trunk, and will feature appearances by heavy metal greats of today and years past. The Metal Hall of Fame Gala is quickly solidifying itself as the most important night in rock and metal!

Doors open at 6:00 PM, and a red carpet will take place from 6:00-7:00 PM. The induction ceremony will begin at 8:00 PM with a performance by Los Angeles heavy rock/metal group Budderside. Admission is open to the public – tickets are available for just $30 via the website below.

AXS TV Announces “Trunkfest” & “Top Ten Revealed” Series Coming July 2018

AXS TV unveils a one-two punch of original primetime summer rock programming, kicking off on Sunday, July 1 with new episodes of The Top Ten Revealed, hosted by Katie Daryl, at 9pE/6pP, followed by the series premiere of Trunkfest, hosted by Eddie Trunk, at 9:30pE/6:30pP. Each series will consist of eight all-new episodes.

Beloved AXS TV star Katie Daryl launches into the summer cycle of the popular countdown series The Top Ten Revealed with a smoldering premiere dedicated to rock’s most iconic Songs About Sex. The night features expert analysis by an impressive roster of music legends and critics, on hand to reveal their picks for sizzling singles by Warrant, Aerosmith, and more. Other highlights include Epic Songs Of ’73 on July 8, headlined by hits from Elton John, The Who, and The Eagles; and One Hit Wonders on July 15, saluting Carl Douglas, and The Knack, among others.
