The Press Release:
Congratulations to the newest Inductees into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. These new Inductees will be celebrated at the 35th Annual Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony, presented by Klipsch Audio, on Saturday, May 2, 2020 at Public Auditorium in Cleveland, Ohio. The Ceremony will be broadcast live for the first time on HBO on May 2nd at 8 p.m. ET. Performances and special guests and Induction Week programs will be announced later.

Back in October of 2019, we first discussed the new round of potential inductees to the famed Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame for their 2020 Class. In December, I shared the at the moment standings in the Fan Vote and now with one week left to go am returning to the topic so we can all rally behind our favorites in the nomination queue and hopefully help them receive the honor. New York – The Doobie Brothers have announced 23 additional dates for THE DOOBIE BROTHERS 50th ANNIVERSARY TOUR. The dates were added in response to overwhelming fan excitement following the band’s surprise announcement at Ryman Auditorium on November 18th that MICHAEL MCDONALD will be joining the group on a North American tour. Four-time GRAMMY Award winners and Rock & Roll Hall of Fame nominees TOM JOHNSTON, MICHAEL MCDONALD, PAT SIMMONS and JOHN MCFEE will be touring together for the first time in nearly 25 years.
