It was only a few short weeks ago when we shared the first official trailer for the new DC Comics action adventure show that was coming to The CW Network with “Superman & Lois”. If you missed that trailer post just click HERE so you are up to speed with us about it. The show premieres tonight on the network and it will be a two-hour series premiere. Check your DVR space or make sure you have enough VHS Tape for your VCR. As I type that I realize my younger readers have given the site quizzical looks and mumbled “V? C? R?” Let’s take a look at the official poster, premise and casting down below.

A lot has happened since we last saw Superman on The CW Network. Not only is there a brand-new Batwoman, but both Supergirl and Black Lightning will be saying farewell to their respective shows with their most recent seasons. “Superman & Lois” brings the famous DC power couple back to the small screen as married parents and the first trailer is below for you to enjoy. I’ve also included some premise, casting and promotional art. Let’s go.

The Premise: Clark Kent/Superman and Lois Lane return to Smallville with their sons Jonathan and Jordan, where they are reacquainted with Lana Lang, her husband Kyle Cushing, and their daughter Sarah, when their idyllic life is upended when The Stranger enters their lives.

The CW Network: “Crisis On Infinite Earths” Extended Trailer

As a fan of the series of DC Comics superhero shows that air each and every week on The CW Entertainment network, one of the highlights is the crossover that brings these characters together for a unified cause. Some of the highlight crossovers for me was the “Crisis On Earth X” one and of course last year’s “Elseworlds” and now its time for the seeds that were planted in them to manifest in “Crisis On Infinite Earths”. The extended trailer was just revealed and the adventures begin this coming Sunday, December 8th. Take a look.

About The Crossover: “Crisis on Infinite Earths” is the upcoming sixth annual Arrowverse crossover event, featuring episodes of the live-action television series Supergirl, Batwoman, The Flash, Arrow, and Legends of Tomorrow on The CW. The Supergirl, Batwoman, and The Flash episodes will air in December 2019, while the Arrow and Legends of Tomorrow episodes will air in January 2020. Additionally, events in the Black Lightning episode “The Book of Resistance: Chapter Four: Earth Crisis”, airing between Batwoman and The Flash, will also tie-in to the crossover. A two-issue comic will also tie into the crossover, featuring characters and concepts not able to appear in the live-action episodes.

Tonight: “Arrow” Season 7 Premiere On The CW Network (10/15/2018)

Though “Arrow” was the first of this group of DC Comics live-action superhero shows, it’s premiere comes after “The Flash”, “Black Lightning” and “Supergirl” which I found a little surprising. Anyway, the shows seventh season begins tonight and I’ve secured the dramatic poster along with a recap of the previous season doings and some casting. Let’s go.

Season 6 Recap: In season six, after an explosive battle on Lian Yu, Oliver must balance being a vigilante, the mayor, and a father to his son William. At the same time, new enemies emerge, initially led by hacker Cayden James, who puts together a team with drug dealer Ricardo Diaz, metahuman vigilante Vincent Sobel, Russian mobster Anatoli Knyazev, and Black Siren. As James loses control of his cabal, Ricardo Diaz comes to the fore, announcing to Green Arrow his scheme to take over Star City’s criminal underworld and control the city’s political infrastructure, all while Oliver must contend with his former teammates forming a rival team. As Diaz takes control of the city, Oliver is forced to recruit the aid of the FBI, in exchange for him publicly announcing his identity and going to federal prison. In the finale, Oliver is imprisoned in a supermax penitentiary. (c/o Wiki).
