Greetings my friends, and welcome back once again to another early morning installment of coverage from the 2025 edition of the New York Comic Con. We’re several days past the event ending but as many of you know the posts go online well past the convention until everything makes it to your screen. This post finds me at part two of Day Three, which is the Saturday and busiest day of the convention. I’m picking up where I left off in the DC area and met some fun cosplayers like Guy Gardner and Supergirl and what appears to be a “Five Nights at Freddie Kreugers” group. Talk about creative.

Hello again my friends in all things Pop Culture. It’s nice to see you once again on the early side of the day as I continue to share all of the observations from last weeks New York Comic Con. This post will begin the Saturday adventuring and as many know, Day Three is a packed to the doors happening. Scenes From New York Comic Con 2025: Day Two Part 3

Hello again and welcome back my friends. You’ve arrived at PiercingMetal’s continuing day by day coverage of this past weekends New York Comic Con for 2025. As expected, the posts will run well past the convention weekend until I’m done and this is actually the third and final chapter of my Day Two observations. If you missed anything just click HERE first to load up every single post that relates to NYCC 2025. Picking up from where I left off, I was in the pavilion set up for the soon to return BookCon. This event went on hiatus around the time of the pandemic and I was excited to see it represented physically here at NYCC.

Some months ago, I shared the announcement about this convention returning over on “The Chronicles of Piercing Ken” and if you missed that just click HERE to check out the release. It’s too far in advance to know if I will exploring it but if the credentials and scheduling are possible then we will gladly explore.

Scenes From New York Comic Con 2025: Day Two Part 2

Hello again my friends and dare I say “welcome back”. Many of you already know the drill but for those new to the proceedings you have arrived at the continuing presentation of coverage from the 2025 edition of the New York Comic Con. This is the second post of observations from Day Two so if you missed anything just click HERE first to load up every single post that relates to NYCC 2025. With this post I was wandering around downstairs where we saw the Official Ghostbusters cosplayers, Mandalorian Mercs, The 501st Legion and some gaming setups. Last year these groups were upstairs in the River Pavilion and I preferred that. I felt they were too far from the mix down here but alas I am not in charge of programming or locations.

Scenes From New York Comic Con 2025: Day Two Part 1

Greetings my friends, its nice to see you here so early on a Monday morning. So as you know, we just attended the 2025 edition of the New York Comic Con and now that the event is over its time to get cracking on serving up the posts. This post starts us off with the observations from Day Two so if you missed anything just click HERE first to load up every single post that relates to NYCC 2025. As I’ve mentioned in the past, sometimes I start snapping images the moment that I get out from the subway and and that finds me beginning the day’s adventure with these colorful cosplayers.

Inside the Javits Center and before the metal detectors there was a massive bin of lanyards for those that needed one.
