PiercingMetal Thoughts: Having seen Steel Panther for many years at this point I can honestly say that I still enjoy myself at their shows, even if some of the jokes are the same locker room ones that have been recycled and morphed ever so slightly depending on the situation the band finds themselves in. Yet with that being said the band is clearly NOT for everyone. Today, our world finds itself offended at everything and the slightest affront forces changes upon the masses. No one seems to know how to take a joke anymore and everything, absolutely everything must be totally politically correct. If you are one of those masses who is startled at the slightest cuss word I encourage you to go to a Steel Panther gig and get your comeuppance. If the idea of an over-sexualized stage presentation makes you head to the confessional, then I also encourage you to go to a Steel Panther show for a swat on the keister that you will not soon forget. I’m joking of course and not about the treatment, and instead more about your type hitting one of these rip-roaringly fun shows. If you can’t take a joke, stay at home and yell at people on Facebook. Find your inner Keyboard Warrior, it’s all the rage today. What do the rest of you think about this round of tour dates? Are we partying or what? Chime in down below.
