Well my friends, if you were excited for the arrival of “Zack Snyder’s Justice League” then you must be over the moon as the moment has arrived and the film will be available for streaming immediately on the HBO Max streaming service. I’ve discussed the film a few times before already with trailers and the like and if you’d be interested in catching up just click HERE to see them all on a new browser tab. As with these alerts, the poster, premise and casting are below for your perusal.
Before you question the editorial team you are NOT imagining things and we are indeed back with a brand-new trailer for the opening, I mean streaming this week “Zack Snyder’s Justice League” and if you want to peruse all of the posts that have come before just click HERE to see them all on a new browser tab. With the Official Trailer premiering a month ago to date, I wasn’t expecting one more but whatever as its more content for the Pop Culture side of the fence of the website. So without any further adieu I give you “Official Trailer #2”. Enjoy.
Generally speaking when I do one of these “Film and Television” pieces for our Pop Culture focuses, I will link back to the last time that we discussed this particular topic. Since “Zack Snyder’s Justice League” has been getting quite a bit of virtual “ink” here on the website, I am just going to say to click HERE to bring up all of the posted content that ran before this brand-new Official Trailer. As you probably know, this version of the film will premiere on the HBO Max streaming service in about a month so let’s take a look at the trailer shall we? I will return at the close with some editorial opinion.
As previously discussed, the big scuttlebutt is that the new streaming service HBO MAX will be streaming the long discussed “Snyder Cut” of the DCEU film “Justice League”. It’s going to be called “Zack Snyder’s Justice League” and be something close to four hours in length. I’ve touched upon this topic already with posts about the Promotional Posters and the Sneak Peek and you can see those by clicking the highlighted text. You all know by now that we are diehard fans of the superhero films here at the Metal Media Command HQ and will keep sharing what we learn is out there. Now its time to look at the updated teaser trailer clip. I’ve also listed some of the cast and some artwork down below. Enjoy
It sure is a busy day for the fans of the live-action comic book presentations as not only has Netflix begun streaming “The Punisher” but today is the day that the DC Extended Universe goes “All In” as Batman, Wonder Woman, The Flash, Aquaman and Cyborg stand united as The Justice League against a common worldwide threat. Yes my friends, the long awaited “Justice League” film opens up today in theaters everywhere and comes care of Warner Brothers Pictures. Below you’ll find the theatrical poster along with premise and casting. I’ll add some additional thoughts afterwards.
The Synopsis: Months after the events of Batman v Superman and inspired by Superman’s sacrifice for humanity, Bruce Wayne and Diana Prince assemble a team of metahumans – The Flash, Aquaman and Cyborg – to face the catastrophic threat of Steppenwolf and the Parademons who are on the hunt for three Mother Boxes on Earth.

PiercingMetal Thoughts: Even though I greatly enjoyed the trailer than was revealed during NYCC, I am a little bit on the fence about this one. It has too much of the video game look that I hated about the action sequences in “Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice” and we all know full-well how that film has been received at this point. Now, the DCEU found great success with the “Wonder Woman” film earlier this year so can “Justice League” work from that momentum? I am certainly hoping so because I’d love for them to continue to build upon this universe as opposed to letting it all go. The timing of the film will not let me see it during the opening weekend and probably not until the middle of the following week so if you see it right away please don’t post any spoilers in the comments. Feel free to let us know if you had a positive or negative opinion only because that is fine. I’ll likely do a spoiler free review a few days after I finally see the film. That’s all I have for now so tell me, are you excited for “Justice League” or are you giving it a pass.
