The 2019 film “Joker” found actor Joaquin Phoenix donning the facepaint of the Clown Prince of Crime but instead of the character we all know and love in the comics, television series and the first serious “Batman” movie he was more of a mentally distressed individual as opposed to one focused on anarchy and living life in chaos. This will surely be changed as with the film receiving two Academy Awards and I believe a Golden Globe as well, a sequel is coming and its one that also introduces us to one Harley Quinn. Lady GaGa will be handling that aspect in the film and the first teaser trailer has recently surfaced. I submit this below for your enjoyment and will add some closing thoughts afterwards.
As a card-carrying fan of the superhero genre along with comic books and the films that come out to showcase them to the world, I was a big fan of Disney’s “The Incredibles” from 2004. The popularity of the film makes me a little surprised that it took until 2018 to deliver a sequel but here we are as the film opens today in theaters everywhere. I showcased the trailer some weeks ago and if you didn’t see it yet please click HERE. Below you will find the theatrical poster, premise and casting.
The Plot: Incredibles 2 resumes where The Incredibles ends, with the introduction of the villain The Underminer. The Parr family struggles to maintain normal lives while Helen, as Elastigirl, continues to fight crime and campaign for the return of “supers”; while Bob, also known as Mr. Incredible, stays at home caring for their children Violet, Dash and Jack-Jack, discovering the baby’s secret powers in the process. Also, the Parrs and their ally Frozone find they must battle a new villain, who goes by the name of Screenslaver. (thanks Wiki). Thanks to the overall massive amount of superhero themed movies and the other stuff that falls into the interests of most of our readership, I am happy to keep on sharing the trailers for stuff and talking a little about them. I guess it was about a month ago when I posted the teaser trailer for “Incredibles 2” that only focused on Jack Jack (or maybe it was far longer ago) but now we have the first full-on trailer for the film. Let’s watch.

I love sharing and discussing the movie trailers with you all and while this next one might have been better suited for “The Chronicles” website, with the upcoming “Avengers: Infinity War” hitting theaters next year I couldn’t resist sharing the first teaser look a the Disney/Pixar creation “Incredibles 2”. PiercingMetal Thoughts: I don’t generally speak much about the teasers since we don’t get much in them but we do have Jack Jack and he sure seems to be a handful. What did you readers think of the first film “Incredibles”?. Does this sequel interest you? Let’s hope for a longer trailer soon.
