Now Streaming: “The Umbrella Academy” Season 3 on Netflix (6/21/2022)

The third season of the Netflix Original series “The Umbrella Academy” is now available for streaming in full on the service. We posted the Official Trailer for the Dark Horse Comics inspired series in a post you can see by clicking the hyperlinked text. I’ve also repeated the past seasons premise and main casting for good measure. Take a look.

The Premise:
The Umbrella Academy is set in a universe where 43 women around the world give birth simultaneously at noon on October 1, 1989, despite none of them showing any sign of pregnancy until labor began. Seven of the children are adopted by eccentric billionaire Sir Reginald Hargreeves and turned into a superhero team that he calls “The Umbrella Academy.” Hargreeves gives the children numbers rather than names, until all but one are eventually named by their robot-mother, Grace, as Luther, Diego, Allison, Klaus, Ben, and Vanya. While putting six of his children to work fighting crime, Reginald keeps Vanya apart from her siblings’ activities, as she supposedly demonstrates no powers of her own.

Netflix Presents “The Umbrella Academy” Season 3 Official Trailer

Netflix has just released the Official Trailer for their hit series “The Umbrella Academy” which is based off the Dark Horse Comics series of the same name. The third season looks to be as weird as the other two so check out the trailer and some additional information down below.

The Premise:

Fans of the Dark Horse Comics series need not wait any longer because the second season of Gerard Way’s “The Umbrella Academy” is available for streaming in full right now!!! How exciting is that? I’d say its pretty damned exciting if you have been counting the days since the last season ended. We briefed the readership with the Second Season Trailer found HERE in case you missed it. Down below the poster you’ll find a general premise and the casting. Will you be binge watching this one?

The Premise: On the same day in 1989, forty-three infants are inexplicably born to random, unconnected women who showed no signs of pregnancy the day before. Seven are adopted by Sir Reginald Hargreeves, a billionaire industrialist, who creates The Umbrella Academy and prepares his “children” to save the world. But not everything went according to plan. In their teenage years, the family fractured and the team disbanded. Now, the six surviving thirty-something members reunite upon the news of Hargreeves’ passing. Luther, Diego, Allison, Klaus, Vanya and Number Five work together to solve a mystery surrounding their father’s death. But the estranged family once again begins to come apart due to their divergent personalities and abilities, not to mention the imminent threat of a global apocalypse.

Netflix Presents “The Umbrella Academy” Season 2 Official Trailer

Hey there my friends, I hope this latest update to the content of PiercingMetal’s Pop Culture section finds you and yours well and most important of all – healthy. We are surely in some trying times based on the Coronavirus and with many of us doing self-quarantine, its been streaming services like Netflix that are giving us some aspect of peace of mind. So the Dark Horse Comics series “The Umbrella Academy” was given the green light for a second season and just in case you are new to the topic it is the creation of Gerard Way who is the singer and a founding member of My Chemical Romance. The second season will stream in full on July 31st and now we have a trailer to enjoy so let’s take a look. I copied the premise from the original posts since I didn’t see an updated one and the cast is listed down below as well.

Now Streaming: “The Umbrella Academy” on Netflix (2/15/2019)

I’ve been sharing the videos and visuals from the Dark Horse Entertainment live-action series “The Umbrella Academy” so I will hope by now that you caught the Official Trailer and seen the Promotional Posters (but if you didn’t just click those italicized words and they will bring you to see it all). In the other posts I mentioned this was a new property to me, and I still have not managed to catch up. The series is now available for binge watching so have at it but don’t ruin any surprises for me okay.
