It was only a few weeks ago that Marvel’s “Agents Of SHIELD” closed out a very exciting and edge of your seat first half based on the introduction of the Ghost Rider. I admit that I didn’t see how such a character could even work in the television show but I remained hopeful and ended up being glued to the television each and every week as the story played out. Now that the holidays are over, the second half storyline begins with “LMD” which means “Life Model Decoy”.

I have to say that the last couple of seasons of the show have been great and there are enough inferences to the larger Marvel Cinematic Universe to keep you aware of the shows connection to it. A name drop of a hero every so often or a circumstance that happened in another film are always par for the course and very welcome IMHO. As a fan of the S.H.I.E.L.D. mythology its great to find the Life Model Decoy stuff finally being introduced as its gone hand in hand with numerous comic series featuring the characters. As before the cast remains Clark Gregg, who reprises his role as Coulson from the film series along with Ming-Na Wen, Chloe Bennet, Iain De Caestecker, Elizabeth Henstridge, and Henry Simmons.
