I’ve been posting broadcasts about the Slayer feature and concert film called “Slayer: The Repentless Killogy” for a few months now and if you care to see the rundown of commentaries and insider information about this film then just click HERE to be up to snuff. This film opens today in select theaters for a one night only presentation. For those residents of New York City reading this update its even more exciting as the band is bringing their Farewell Tour to Madison Square Garden this coming Saturday for the last time ever.

Slayer’s Tom Araya & Kerry King Discuss “Slayer: The Repentless Killogy”

As you might have expected, we’ve been keeping close tabs on the doings and brewings in Camp Slayer as not only is the band on their final tour ever but they have a short movie and concert film coming out in the coming days as well. It was a few weeks ago where I helped broadcast the Official Trailer for the film “Slayer: The Repentless Killogy” and you can see that HERE in the event that you missed it. Now, the founding members of Araya and King discuss the film in this short video. Let’s take a look.

In a new video released today, SLAYER’s Tom Araya and Kerry King share the story behind the previously-unseen short film and boundary-pushing music video trilogy that is set to be presented alongside Slayer’s entire 2017 concert shot at the Los Angeles Forum. “Slayer: The Repentless Killogy” will see its one-night theatrical screening take place around the world on Wednesday, November 6, from Trafalgar Releasing.

Featured in this exclusive new interview footage, Araya and King break down the making of the final film, from the original concept for the “Repentless” music video with director BJ McDonnell, to collaborating with Nuclear Blast Records and Prime Zero Productions to produce McDonnell’s larger vision for a unique, three-part narrative trilogy of relentlessly blood-soaked, revenge-driven music videos and the short film they inspired.

Nuclear Blast Presents: “Slayer: The Repentless Killogy” Official Trailer

We’ve been helping to alert the masses to the Slayer cause for Metal quite a bit these days and that should not be a surprise to any of the legions in the aware as the band is currently in the middle of their farewell tour after almost 40 years at the craft. In addition to the crushing concert performances the band has also announced a live concert video (discussed HERE) and now there is a trailer for said film. Take a look.

Full of revenge, murder, bloodshed and retribution, the first part of Slayer: The Repentless Killogy is a short narrative film written and directed by BJ McDonnell, that blends the music of Slayer with an uncompromising and unmissable trilogy of music videos assembled as one chronological storyline. Part two of The Repentless Killogy features Slayer’s entire live set performed at the Los Angeles Forum on August 5, 2017, and was directed by Wayne Isham who has directed videos for artists including Metallica, Foo Fighters, Michael Jackson and more. Key performances featured in the film include “South of Heaven,” “War Ensemble,” “Mandatory Suicide,” “Dead Skin Mask,” “Raining Blood,” and “Angel of Death.”

Tickets For Rob Zombie’s “3 From Hell” Now On Sale

Horror icon and heavy metal mastermind Rob Zombie is unleashing “3 From Hell” on big screens across the U.S. as a follow-up to “House of 1,000 Corpses” and “The Devil’s Rejects,” and the latest installment in the blood-soaked Firefly family trilogy. The film will be released in cinemas nationwide over three nights, September 16-18, featuring the unrated version and unique special content nightly.

Night one, moviegoers will see a special video introduction from Rob Zombie with the first 50 attendees at each theater receiving an exclusive poster (while supplies last). Night two, audiences will be treated to a nearly 30-minute behind-the-scenes look at the making of the film. Saban Films: Rob Zombie’s “3 From Hell” Official Trailer

It was a little over a month ago when I shared the Official Teaser Trailer of the upcoming horror film “3 From Hell” and if you didn’t see that clip please click the highlighted text. As you know, Rob Zombie is not only a constant force of nature in music but also a prolific filmmaker. He’s scared you all with “House Of 1000 Corpses” and “The Devil’s Rejects” and now its time to continue learning about the malevolent figures in “3 From Hell”. About The Film: 3 from Hell is an upcoming American horror film written and directed by Rob Zombie. It is a follow-up to his 2003 film House of 1000 Corpses and its 2005 sequel The Devil’s Rejects. The plot of the film is currently unknown, but it is confirmed that it will be centered around the three main antagonists of the previous films. The film has been rated R for “Strong sadistic violence, language throughout, sexual content, graphic nudity, and drug use”. (c/o Wiki)
